We are inviting applications for two roles. The Spear Centre Manager will be responsible for oversight of the Spear programme in Hastings as well as developing and maintaining relationships with local referral agencies and other local partners. The Spear Coach will lead group sessions with up to 10 young people as well as assisting the Centre Manager to manage relationships with local stakeholders.

We have recently been awarded a £479k Development Grant by the National Lottery Heritage Fund to develop the ’Heritage@HTH’ project. Our vision for this project is to enable people to discover the many stories and treasures of HTH Church; stories linked to people from the past who created the church building we see today and those who continue to make it the vibrant and dynamic place it has become: a place of worship and a community hub serving the people of Hastings.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support the internal team of staff and volunteers on the PCC and Heritage Steering Group with the day to day internal administration of the NLHF funded project.  During the Development Phase they will also support the Activity and Interpretation Planner in forging partnerships and carry out consultation.

Please email your application to hello@hthchurch.org by 27.02.24.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed on 6th and 11th March.
