Youth Lead

Remuneration: £26,000 -30,000 dependent on experience
Location: HTH Church, Hastings Town Centre
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time)

In recent years, HTH Church has seen encouraging growth in our youth community, with a rising number of young people engaging in church life, discipleship, and mission. As we step into this next season, we are seeking a Youth Lead who brings passion, vision, and pastoral care to ministry with 11–18s.
This role will play a vital part in helping young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and find their place within the life of the church—developing strong teams, building meaningful relationships in schools and the community, and empowering the next generation to live out their faith with confidence.

Choose 2 of these issues and provide an example of the process and content of a youth session, with youth aged 13-15 dealing with your chosen topics.
