The menopause affects everyone differently, but it can be an isolating and challenging experience for many women. The Art of the Menopause Support Cafe is a space for women to come and be empowered to own the peri/menopause stage of life and not let it get them down. There will be comforting conversations, hot drinks, healthy sweet treats and a chance to learn from one another, share experiences and have solidarity with other women going through the peri/menopause.

At our most recent event, we welcomed Rae Edwards, who is a nutritionist passionate about nutrition in the peri/menopause.

  Join us on Wednesday 7th October for an evening exploring all things peri/menopause with guest speaker Katie Day.

  Doors open from 7:30 pm, with refreshments and healthy sweet treats before we gather together to hear from Katie and explore her latest book, Menopause Is Really Strange.

  Whether you’re navigating peri/menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply want to learn more, we’d love to welcome you.

• Accessibility

  Unfortunately, HTH House is not currently fully accessible. We are actively applying for funding to adapt and improve the building so that we can make the space more accessible in the future.

  This event is taking place on the first floor of HTH House, which is accessed via one flight of stairs. The toilets are located on the same floor.

  We’re sorry that we’re not currently able to offer step-free access, and we hope to be able to improve this as part of our future plans for the building.
