We continue to highlight the immense talent of our local musicians.
Come and support them!

Once again, we have an eclectic programme for you to come and enjoy.

June

  • 4th | Handbells and Organ | The Two Towers Bells and Nigel Howard. Talented ringers from the Old Town, and with some accompaniment and interludes on the organ.

  • 11th | Violin and Piano | Jean-Samuel Bez and Gina Kruger. All the way from France, we welcome Jean-Samuel with his more local accompanist as part of their tour.

  • 18th | Organ | Dr Matthew Geer. Having recently taken up the post of Music Director in the Old Town Parish, we look forward to Matt sharing his immense talents with us

  • 25th | Piano | Andrew Garrido The first of three pianists with highly impressive CV’s who have requested an opportunity to wow us this year, and we are pleased to oblige!

July

  • 2nd | Choir | Harmony One. We again welcome this wonderful local ladies’ choir to our concert series

  • 9th | Tenor with piano | Jack Naismith and Stephen Matthews. Jack wowed us in 2021 with operatic works, and it is high time we welcomed him back.

  • 16th | Piano | Ashley Solano Hernández. The second of our pianist debuts, with Ashley promising his own compositions as well as classical works.

  • 23rd | Choir | The Occasional Consort. How lucky we are to be able to welcome such talented local singers!

  • 30th | Organ | Andrew McGregor. Another local organist preparing to show off the capabilities of our wonderful organ.

August

  • 6th | Soprano and Piano | Lucy Ashton and Francis Rayner. It has been six years since Lucy last sang for us, and it is remiss of us not to have had her back sooner.

  • 13th | Jazz singer and pianist | Natasha Seale. We are promised a burnished, passionate sound from this actor, singer and songwriter with a career spanning more than 25 years.

  • 20th | Piano | Angelina Kopyrina. The last of our pianists with a highly impressive CV who has asked to perform for us. After Angelina’s focus on Rachmaninov in her Master’s thesis, we are in for a treat.

  • 27th | Sopranos and Piano | Caroline Charnock and Gwendolen Beckett with Nigel Howard. Proving that musical talent can often run in the family, we look forward to hearing these sisters end our concert season, appropriately with Nigel, who helped to open the series! Sopranos with piano.
